Introducing our new dean, Dr. Hsuan-Hsuan Chang!
Dr. Chang graduated from Michigan State University and majored in Park, Recreation and Tourism Resources.
She is the outstanding researcher for the past 15 years and helps 15 students to receive grants from National Science and Technology Council (NSTC)
